The ideal candidate will have expertise in structuring channel financing deals, strong product management skills, and experience working across a matrix organization.
They will also have extensive knowledge of alternative distribution channels, including Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Payment Facilitators (PayFac), Fintech enablers, and marketplaces.
The role requires a collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a revenue-driven sales strategy to grow our SME segment share in South Asia.
- Identify and engage potential customers through direct outreach, partnerships, and market intelligence.
- Understand SME pain points and tailor our solutions to address their unique challenges, including payments acceptance, spend management, and digital transformation.
- Position our SME product suite to deliver maximum client value.
- Develop and manage relationships with fintechs, acquirers, issuers, and other ecosystem players to expand our reach.
- Expertise in Action: Strong knowledge and experience in structuring channel financing deals.
- Product Mastery: Expertise in Payments Product management and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Collaborative Spirit: Extensive experience working across a matrix organization with cross-functional team collaboration as a top priority.
