Payment Product Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Payment Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of innovative payment solutions.

  1. Develop Strategic Roadmap
  • Create a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for digital payments across consumer segments, aligning with RBI guidelines, national payment system initiatives, and internal business goals.
Lead End-to-End Product Development
  • Oversight of product development from conception to launch, including feature definition, design, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Management of payment products such as UPI, AEPS, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, BBPS payment solutions.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance
  • Adherence to RBI regulations, NPCI guidelines, and all applicable payment systems laws.
  • Collaboration with compliance and risk teams for product approvals and audits.
Promote Adoption and Engagement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless payment solutions.
  • Liaise with external partners for integrations and product enhancements.
  • Drive adoption and usage through intuitive UI/UX design, loyalty programs, and targeted campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to improve transaction volumes and revenues while reducing customer attrition and payment failures.
