Oracle EPM SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.The ideal candidate will have expertise in FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS, with a strong understanding of finance and business stakeholders' requirements.
  • Develop and configure metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, and dashboards across all three applications.
  • Configure account reconciliations in ARCS, including profiles, formats, and matching rules.
  • Support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations, cash flow, and reporting.
  • Build planning, budgeting, and forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex, and financials.
  • Manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Smart View queries for end-users.

As an Oracle EPM specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and corporate policies. You will also prepare documentation, conduct user training, and transfer knowledge to business teams.
