Finance Consultant Job Opening

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS, FCCS, and ARCS.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, ensuring compliance with financial and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as an end user, power user, or admin of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
