We are seeking a skilled Oracle EPM specialist to join our team in a full-time onsite role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle EPM – HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close).

The successful candidate will be an expert in configuring and supporting the HFM and FCCS application, with excellent functional knowledge and relevant educational qualifications. A minimum of 8-15 years of relevant experience is required, along with a strong background in financial management and consolidation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing end-to-end HFM/FCCS solutions
  • Configuring and supporting the HFM and FCCS application
  • Developing and maintaining financial models and reports
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ARCS, TRCS, and Planning is highly desirable.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Conducting demos and assignments to showcase expertise
  • Working on integrations and automations to enhance business efficiency
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
