Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled technical consultant with expertise in Oracle EPM Product Suite implementation, development, and support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EPM/PCM administration, design, analysis, development, and support, as well as strong skills in MS Office and collaboration tools.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of Oracle EPCM modules, including configuration, data management, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with our teams to ensure timely delivery within budget and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • EPCM Module Configuration: Designing and configuring Oracle EPCM modules, including defining cost drivers, allocation rules, and reporting structures.
  • Data Management: Managing data mappings, validations, and transformations within EPCM and integrating it with other systems.
  • Solution Alignment: Ensuring that the EPCM solution aligns with the organization's business processes and objectives.
  • Implementation Expertise: Implementing Oracle PCM/EPCM starting from designing allocation rules, building custom rules, and fine-tuning for performance.
  • Integration and Reporting: Working on direct integration to ERP GL and other EPM applications using Data Management and creating reports and dashboards.
  • Project Management: Understanding project plans, timelines, regular status reports, risk, and issue logs, and working with the appropriate teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Employing independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of business solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA Finance or Bachelor's Degree level qualification in a computer or IT related subject.
  • At least 10 years of experience in EPM/PCM administration, design, analysis, development, and support.

Preferred Skills:

  • FCCS, EPRCS, ARCS.
  • SQL, PL/SQL, Autosys Scheduling, Unix/Windows Shell Scripting.

Work Environment:

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues prior to their occurrence. Flexibility to work long hours overlapping with EST, CST and PST working hours is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. A positive attitude, trustworthiness, and self-confidence are necessary for this role.
