Senior Consultant Position

We are seeking experienced professionals to partner with leading organizations in the financial services and insurance domains. Ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers, experts in their field, and possess excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with top-tier organizations to deliver business strategy, IT strategy, process consulting, digital transformation, and more.
  • Leverage expertise in Property & Casualty (Commercial, Specialty, Personal Lines), Life Insurance & Retirement Services (Annuities, 401(k), Defined Contribution/Benefit), Insurance operations (Underwriting, Claims, Policy Servicing, Distribution, Regulatory Compliance, etc.), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (AML, KYC, regulatory reporting, risk management).

An MBA from a reputable institution and prior experience in consulting or advisory roles are significant advantages.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles.
  • Expertise in Property & Casualty, Life Insurance & Retirement Services, Insurance operations, and Governance, Risk & Compliance.
