Role Overview

Position:
  • Analyst – Strategy and M&A Consulting position involves working closely with a global team of consultants and Fortune 100 clients to understand their vision and devise inorganic and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with global clients across various industries including Automotive, TMT, Industrials, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Private Equity.
  • Develop key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidating information sources, analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, presenting interpretations to the project team, and providing recommendations to global clientele.
  • Design corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies, conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen M&A targets.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients through active participation in firm-building initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Possess a keen interest in building a career in Strategy and M&A Consulting.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and presentation skills, fluency in PowerPoint and Excel, and ability to conduct thorough market research on S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, Bloomberg, and other platforms.
  • Display ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Show enterprising and collaborative professional traits, with ability to work within a team.
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses/big 4/boutique consulting/corporate strategy/corporate development background is preferred.

  • A sound understanding of business strategy, finance, and cross-industry exposure.
  • Ability to interact confidently and handle CEOs/CXOs/client executives independently.
  • Exemplary communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • A strategic mindset, hustler, fast learner, and go-getter.
