Job Title: Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to lead our team of professionals in achieving exceptional business results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, driving business growth, and providing strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, increase customer acquisition, and improve sales productivity.
  • Talent Development: Manage talent development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in insurance agency or direct channel management.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in team handling in agency channel.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, team leadership, and business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
