Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial planning and analysis manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans and forecasts that align with business objectives
  • Provide regular financial reports and analysis to senior management, including variance analysis and trend identification
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices
  • Manage and analyze large datasets, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to senior management and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA or CA preferred
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in the IT industry
  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with corporate finance at the FP&A function or business finance
  • Sharp analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
