Senior Enterprise Network Practice Lead

We are seeking a seasoned executive to oversee our global enterprise networking practice, delivering strategic network solutions for a diverse international client base.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires technical expertise, people management skills, and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the global enterprise networking strategy, driving business outcomes, and leading a team of engineers and architects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global enterprise networking strategy, encompassing solution design, delivery models, tooling, and best practices.
  • Lead a 20-member team of architects, engineers, and project managers, focusing on certifications, cross-skilling, and career development.
  • Oversee discovery, assessments, and workshops, shaping solutions and owning high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD).
  • Produce statements of work, bills of materials, ROM/T-shirt sizing, delivery plans, and migration strategies, supporting RFP/RFI responses and executive presentations.
  • Serve as the executive technical sponsor for strategic accounts, aligning solutions with business outcomes, risk, compliance, and cost.
  • Manage multi-tower, multi-region programs (campus, WLAN, DC, WAN/edge) with formal project management office (PMO) rigor.
  • Establish delivery standards for design reviews, change/migration windows, rollback plans, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive incident/problem management excellence and handover to operations with runbooks and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Author/review HLDs (reference architectures, segmentation, QoS, routing, security, availability) and LLDs (config templates, addressing/VLAN plans, device-level parameters, Visio diagrams).
  • Champion Cisco and Aruba best practices across SDA/DNA Center, ISE, ACI/APIC, Aruba Central/AirWave, ClearPass, and SD-Access/SDN frameworks.
  • Design secure edge patterns leveraging ZTNA and SASE; integrate with identity, endpoint, and security operations center (SOC) tooling.
  • Define test plans (proof-of-concept/pilot), performance benchmarks, and success criteria.
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage ~20 engineers/architects; run hiring, workforce planning, and vendor/partner coordination.
  • Foster a culture of documentation, automation, and continuous improvement.
