Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Compliance Specialist to join our team in Gurugram, handling matters related to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vetting replies, written submissions, appeals, and other legal documents under RERA.
  • Effectively attending to RERA proceedings before HRERA & HREAT, representing the company and briefing external counsel.
  • Drafting settlement deeds and other legal documents to protect the company's legal rights.
  • Maintaining a legal tracker of cases handled, including CRM intimation and updating interim / final orders tracker.
  • Proficient in working on MS Excel.
  • Performing any other work assigned by the management with respect to legal matters.
  • Briefing external counsel.
  • Reviewing customer documentation, sharing it with drafting counsel for drafting replies and appeals.
  • Supporting the team lead.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of RERA laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
