You will be part of our team as a skilled Technical Consultant, working closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent departments to understand business requirements and develop Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems.
  • Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.
Required Skills:
  • Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • Workday Studio (complex integrations)
  • Core/Payroll Connectors
  • Calculated Fields
  • XSLT/XML for transformations
  • Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Desirable ERP Exposure:
  • Oracle EBS – PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, Interfaces, XML Publisher, Workflow
  • PeopleSoft – PeopleCode, App Designer, App Engine, SQR, CI, PS Query, Integration Broker
  • SAP/SuccessFactors – ABAP HR, Integration (Boomi, PI), Fiori/UI5, ODATA, HANA
Domain Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals.
  • Project experience in at least two HR functional areas:
