Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, expanding our broker/channel partner network, and driving sales across luxury apartments, retail, and commercial projects in the MMR region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources
  • Track quality of leads being generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team
  • Coordinate with on-site Sales team to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures

Requirements:

  • 3-18 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or client acquisition
  • Graduate degree (any discipline)
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred)

Essential Competencies:

  • Strong channel partner network across MMR (especially Thane)
  • Proven experience in client sourcing and broker engagement for real estate
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying, approaching, and onboarding new channel partners, CP firms, and independent brokers
  • Conducting CP onboarding sessions and sharing project briefings, commercials, and marketing collaterals
  • Strengthening relationships with IPCs and local brokers to ensure repeat site footfall and closures
