Job Opportunity: Channel Head

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Channel Partner & Sourcing team as Head.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, extensive experience in real estate sales, and a proven track record of scaling Channel Partner-driven sales.

  • Develop an effective sourcing organization structure, including CP managers, corporate tie-up teams, and activation strategies.
  • Establish aligned Channel Partner incentive frameworks with sales goals.
  • Persuasively engage top-tier Channel Partners and institutional partners for business activation.
  • Lead the hiring, mentoring, and management of sourcing managers/executives to drive Channel Partner engagement.
  • Drive Channel Partner engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms.
  • Report distinct Channel Partner channel contribution (visits, bookings, revenue).
