Job Title: Purchase Executive Leader

We are seeking a seasoned executive with expertise in procurement and sourcing within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and procuring raw materials, components, consumables, and tooling for manufacturing operations
  • Evaluating and onboarding suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance
  • Raising and monitoring purchase orders based on production schedules and inventory levels
  • Negotiating prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers
  • Tracking market trends and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Coordinating with production, stores, quality, and finance teams to ensure end-to-end procurement alignment
  • Maintaining documentation for audits, vendor evaluations, and management reporting
  • Assisting in new product development (NPD) sourcing activities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: MBA in Operations Management (Mandatory)
  • Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on procurement experience in an automotive environment
  • Skills:
  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Others)
  • Familiarity with automotive standards and documentation
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
