Job Title: Purchase Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the capacity of Purchase Coordinator. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for executing all regular purchasing duties and administrative tasks.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchasing records, data, and pricing in our system is crucial for our operations. You will prepare reports, summarize data, and schedule store visits to conduct competitor surveys. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with user departments and suppliers, managing overseas orders, handling claims, and supporting relevant departments with quotations.

You will be responsible for preparing and processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Monitoring deliveries of items between suppliers and ensuring timely delivery to site stores is also part of your role. Additionally, you will source, select, and negotiate the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers and subcontractors assigned.

To succeed in this position, you should have good communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Advance Excel, including Hlookup and Vlookup. You should also have excellent English language skills. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
