Procurement Manager Role">

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the end-to-end procurement process for IT categories, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sourcing and procurement, with a strong understanding of commercial and contractual aspects. They should be able to develop and maintain successful relationships with suppliers, peers, and internal business partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage end-to-end procurement aspects within all IT categories like Hardware, Software, Outsourcing Services, Cloud and SAAS.
  2. Ensure proper spend categorization.
  3. Lead and execute strategic/tactical projects, apply sourcing approach (single/sole sourcing/competitive bidding) depending on scope & business requirements.
  4. Manage senior stakeholders and establish relationships.
  5. Advise internal business partners on procurement process, policies, templates, RACI, deal risks, and possible risk mitigation steps.
  6. Ensure full Procure-to-Contract compliance with all applicable sourcing processes, policies, etc.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
  • Significant experience of procurement/sourcing and contracting for Cloud Services.
  • Understanding of how to analyze a category cost structure.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, at same and higher level of organization.
