Procurement Specialist

The role of a Procurement Executive is to oversee the entire procurement process, encompassing strategic sourcing and forecasting.

  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Exploring potential suppliers and establishing procurement partnerships that drive cost savings and efficiency.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with vendors in the industry, built on trust and mutual understanding.
  • Preparing detailed estimates for all projects and obtaining necessary approvals from stakeholders.
  • Evaluating proposals based on price, specifications, and other relevant factors.
  • Negotiating commercial terms with vendors to minimize costs and maximize value.
  • Reviewing contract specifications on behalf of the organization.
  • Assisting in selecting vendors and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience in procurement and a strong grasp of strategic sourcing and vendor management principles.
