Job Description

The Associate Director of Production leads a dedicated vertical, overseeing end-to-end production processes and client relationships. This senior role is responsible for managing all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional service.

This leadership position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of creative and production output, guaranteeing deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.

  • Manage and oversee production projects within the BFSI vertical.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients within the vertical.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Creative Producers.
  • Evaluate and improve internal and external processes for efficiency and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 7-10 years of experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower junior producers or project managers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
