Electronics Manufacturing Lead Position

Overview:

The Electronics Manufacturing Lead is responsible for overseeing the production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits. This individual will coordinate export sales efforts, maintain alignment with sales plans, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate export sales efforts and maintain alignment with sales plans.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
  • Directly manage teams to attain planned quality and quantity levels.
  • Develop proactive methods to address potential quality issues.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and business excellence.
  • Ensure the safety of personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Support new product development and production processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in selecting, training, and motivating teams.
  • Capable of considering short-term, medium-term, and long-term requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in production processes.
  • Competent in managing large teams consisting of senior engineers, technicians, and utility personnel.
