As a seasoned Digital Fault Tolerance expert, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge DFT strategies in electronic designs. This involves designing and implementing innovative DFT concepts to ensure high-quality and reliable products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A comprehensive understanding of DFT principles, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis is essential for this role.
  • Advanced expertise in scripting languages, such as Perl and shell scripts, is required to drive efficient testing processes.
  • Experience in RTL and gate-level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors will enable you to validate design integrity.
  • Knowledge of equivalence check and DFT design rule checks in both RTL lint tools and ATPG tools is critical for ensuring seamless product delivery.
  • Working experience in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is highly valued.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment, adapt to new tools and methodologies, and multitask with several high-priority designs is vital for success.
Requirements:
  • 7-15 years of experience in leading DFT teams is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork skills are necessary to drive results.
