We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Business Technology Liaison to join our Business Support Markets India team in Pune, MH. In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between technology and a specific business/functional area for defined projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Advise internal or client business and technology groups on how to best address business issues, processes, and opportunities through technology.
  • Identify and gather business and system requirements, develop test strategies, and plan project specifications.
  • Coordinate with assigned project teams and ensure that final requirements have been met upon project conclusion.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in information technology support preferred.
  • Prior experience and working knowledge of Reconciliations processes will be preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
