Job Title: Embedded PP/DS Developer

This is a key role for a talented and experienced developer to join our team.

As an Embedded PP/DS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications using SAP ABAP and embedded PP/DS on S/4HANA. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement technical upgrades or greenfield projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with embedded PP/DS on S/4HANA 2020 or later, strong expertise in CIF enhancements, planning books, macros, and planning engine logic. Familiarity with Fiori apps, CDS views, and modern planning tools is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality business applications using SAP ABAP and embedded PP/DS on S/4HANA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement technical upgrades or greenfield projects.
  • Maintain existing applications, ensure data consistency, and perform performance tuning.
  • Support SPDD/SPAU activities, conduct upgrade impact assessments, and adapt or replace CIF-related interfaces as part of the migration to embedded PP/DS.
  • Work closely with functional teams on heuristics, pegging, and optimizer logic alignment.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with embedded PP/DS on S/4HANA 2020 or later.
  • Strong expertise in CIF enhancements, planning books, macros, and planning engine logic.
  • Familiarity with Fiori apps, CDS views, and modern planning tools.
  • Proven experience in S/4HANA technical upgrades or greenfield embedded PP/DS.
