Job Title:

A high-impact APO specialist with extensive experience in PP/DS is sought after to drive business growth through technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust PP/DS solutions leveraging 12+ years of APO-ABAP expertise, focusing on optimization and efficiency.
  • Drive strategic enhancements in CIF, planning books, macros, and engine logic to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
  • Proven track record of successful S/4HANA upgrades or greenfield embedded PP/DS implementation, including analyzing, redesigning, and refactoring custom developments.
  • Expertise in remediation or decommissioning of obsolete function modules, BAPIs, and planning enhancements to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Ability to adapt or replace CIF-related interfaces as part of the migration to embedded PP/DS, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Support SPDD/SPAU activities and conduct upgrade impact assessments to ensure a smooth transition to new technologies.
  • Collaborate effectively with functional teams to align heuristics, pegging, and optimizer logic, resulting in improved business outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with embedded PP/DS on S/4HANA 2020 or later.
  • Familiarity with Fiori apps, CDS views, and modern planning tools to enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Exposure to ATC findings, Simplification Item lists, and Readiness Check to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
