Job Role

An experienced Scrum Master is required to facilitate and implement Agile methodologies.

  • Lead the adoption and implementation of SAFe, LeSS, or Scaled Scrum frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and tools, promoting a culture of self-organization and autonomy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Agile coaching or Scrum Master roles.
  • At least 4+ years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) or similar qualification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including SAFe, LeSS, and Scaled Scum.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English, with experience working in multi-site, multi-technology environments.
