We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master and Business Analyst to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile/Scrum best practices, and removing impediments to ensure a collaborative environment.

Job Description

The primary role of this position is to act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team. You will work closely with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure that requirements are understood and delivered accurately.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.
  • Translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Developing process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
