FP&A Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven FP&A Manager to drive financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver timely, data-driven financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Support board reporting, investor presentations, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
