FP&A Expert - Drive Strategic Planning and Financial Excellence

As a seasoned FP&A professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic planning and financial excellence at the intersection of innovation and operational efficiency.

  • Lead the development and implementation of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with cross-functional business units.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances versus budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Product teams to support strategic initiatives by providing timely and accurate financial models and analysis.
  • Monitor key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and refine financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation, promoting data-driven decision-making.
  • Support board reporting, investor presentations, and other high-level initiatives by providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools, such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle.
