
Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive with expertise in digital marketing to plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience in patient acquisition funnels, healthcare compliance and building trust-driven campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective paid campaign strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads and other healthcare-specific platforms.
- Drive patient leads, appointments and brand visibility for healthcare services including clinics, hospitals, doctors and telehealth.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis specific to healthcare.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS and Patient Acquisition Cost.
- Optimize landing pages, ad creatives and funnels for conversion rate improvement.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations including Google's healthcare ad policy, Meta restrictions and HIPAA/GDPR.
- Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to engage potential patients.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost per Lead.
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare digital marketing trends, tools and compliance policies.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing preferably in healthcare or medical services.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics and automation tools.
- Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of healthcare patient journey and compliance norms.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
- Ability to handle multi-location healthcare campaigns (clinics, hospitals, doctors).
