Senior IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the wider business, including testing and maintenance of software and implementing IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level technical assistance to employees across the organization.
  • Administer and support various systems such as Windows Server and Linux O/S.
  • Ensure all tickets worked include problem, solution, end user, initiation time, completion time, and end user satisfaction.
  • Maintain systems and processes within IT.
  • Collaborate with the wider group to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
Essential Skills:
  • Prior experience in a similar Helpdesk role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills, and phone etiquette.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent English speaking skills.
  • Windows Server (all versions).
  • Microsoft Exchange.
  • Linux OS.
  • Remote Support.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • A strong understanding of Networks (DHCP, DNS, etc).
  • Fortinet experience highly desirable.

This is a senior role reporting directly to the IT Manager. We require applicants to have the right skills and certifications to excel in this position.
