Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to spearhead our finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills.
- Manage end-to-end accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, payroll, and inventory accounting.
- Oversee timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.
- Maintain clean and compliant financial records in line with Indian Accounting Standards / IFRS.

- Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- CA preferred but not mandatory.
- 2-4 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP).
