Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Concur Service Administrator to join our team at SAP. As a Concur Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer configurations, adding, editing, or removing configurable options as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill customer configuration needs
  • Work with customers to analyze requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Report and present complete details of work performed
  • Adhere to SAP Concur's rules of engagement for working with customers
  • Ensure adherence and improvement of set KPIs such as SLAs, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer escalation and liaise with internal teams
  • Work towards improving customer satisfaction from the Service Administration and care services portfolio
  • Provide technical expertise at situations that demand a higher level of expertise

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience
  • Ability to understand complex business requirements
  • Able to work with complex customer situations and translate requirements into configuration
  • Technical competence towards system configuration
  • Should have managed complex customer situations
  • Creative solution development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL, Python, and any other programming languages will be given preference
  • Knowledge of software deployment life cycle and testing practices
  • Strong computer skills/Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to present data in a skilled manner is highly desirable

About the Team

The Concur Essential Care Services team is a shared services team that works with mainly large North American customers who have procured the premium Essential Care service. This team also works on projects, innovation, automation, and programming. The team services Concur's premium support deliverables and works directly with the customer's authorized support contact to deliver solutions on customer systems in live systems.
