Key Responsibilities:
- Drive frontend productivity and support for increase in sales efficiencies through driving manpower productivity.
- Implement and execute standardized HR processes, communication, people capability building, and policy implementation.
- Market developer management to create stability in the field force.
- Talent management: drive business metrics through the application of the ABC model of talent management in partnership with support for assessment centers across levels and frontend functions.
- Drive organizational culture in terms of diverse workforce management by ensuring a safe and secure work place to all frontend associates, especially women associates.

Requirements:
- Minimum education: MBA or any equivalent PG diploma in HR stream.
- Minimum work experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the relevant industry, prior experience in sales HR preferred.
