Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering leads and business stakeholders to align program goals with company objectives.
- Program Management: Ensure programs meet scope, timeline, and quality requirements while balancing competing priorities.
- Market Analysis: Assess online and offline market evolution, pure-player strategies, and competition strategies to inform business decisions.
- Growth Hacking: Identify new growth hacks, such as initiatives and partners, to accelerate sales and traffic growth across online and offline channels.
- Business Optimization: Proactively identify areas for business optimization, efficiency improvements, and scalable growth opportunities.
- Strategic Recommendations: Present strategic recommendations and performance analyses to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Sales Program Optimization: Optimize sales programs, payment infrastructure, and customer experience to maximize performance and satisfaction.
- New Partnerships: Identify and incubate new strategic partnerships and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Progress Tracking: Track progress of initiatives qualitatively and quantitatively to ensure accountability and success.
