  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance market penetration across the zone, aligning with national strategy.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations, fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Drive innovation in partnership models to achieve zonal targets through partner channels, ensuring compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal controls.
  • Lead a team of alliance managers and business development executives, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners, ensuring smooth operations across partner touchpoints.
  • Provide market intelligence and competition mapping to influence product strategy, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Resolve escalations efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic alliances across the zone with banks (Banca), NBFCs, MFIs, brokers, and corporate agents

• Identify and onboard new partners through consultative B2B engagement

• Present the company's capabilities across Credit Life, Broking, Corporate Agency, and Group Insurance.

• Develop and execute zonal business plans aligned with national strategy.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations

• Resolve escalations and ensure smooth operations across partner touchpoints.

• Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners.

• Provide market intelligence and competition mapping to influence product strategy
