Job Title: Growth Marketing Strategist

This is a unique opportunity to spearhead user and merchant growth across the entire lifecycle—from performance marketing to retention strategies. You'll build campaigns that scale app downloads and increase stickiness while also driving merchant acquisition through targeted promotions and funnel optimization.

The ideal candidate is strategic enough to plan across multiple channels—but also hands-on enough to tweak budgets, design landing pages, or craft CRM flows themselves when needed.

  • Develop and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, Facebook)
  • Drive app installs, signups, merchant acquisition and engagement
  • Design lifecycle journeys (email, push, in-app) to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn
  • Run A/B tests, segment users, and personalize communication
  • Track and optimize customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, retention, CPA, ROAS
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in growth/performance/lifecycle marketing
  • Experience across both B2C and B2B funnels
  • Proficient in tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, HubSpot, MoEngage, VWO
  • Strong analytics and experimentation mindset
