Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Specialist to drive revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers on call, understand their requirements, and persuade them to schedule an appointment
  • Attend qualified leads by meeting clients, present tailored-made options, and bring clients through a no-pressure education-based presentation touching on buying/investment strategies
  • Develop rapport with clients, find out about their goals and vision for the future, and educate them on property investment and available incentives
  • Manage relationships, assist clients through the decision-making process, and follow up communication to foster long-term relationships both pre- and post-sales
  • Represent the company with integrity at all times, aiming to bring consistent value to all clients
  • Seek referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients
  • Conduct surveys to identify prices of competing properties
  • Drive end-to-end sales progress from lead generation to closure

Requirements:

  • Ability to convert and close sales opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms
  • In-depth knowledge of the location/city
  • Positive attitude for doing meetings each day, meeting new people, and someone who enjoys doing sales
  • Experience in direct sales is an added advantage
  • Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to pitch property solutions to prospects
  • High levels of passion and ownership
  • Passion for the real estate market and a hunger for sales
