  • Assist students with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements to ensure a smooth enrolment process.">
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and counselling reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate admissions, operations, and marketing efforts.">

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field.">
  • 1–3 years of experience in counselling or a related field, preferably in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment.">
  • Strong understanding of international nursing pathways and regulations.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages.">
  • Target-driven with strong sales and conversion orientation, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.">
