  1. Provide guidance and supervision to nursing staff, including assigning duties and monitoring performance.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes and experiences.
  3. Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
  4. Oversee scheduling and coordination of nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care.
  5. Act as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing training and professional development opportunities.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation, in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a clinical nursing setting.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
