Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our global affiliate marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with performance and branding goals
  • Manage relationships with existing vendors and publishers to ensure consistent campaign delivery and quality
  • Plan, negotiate, and execute campaigns based on various revenue models
  • Conduct market research to identify new publisher opportunities and enhance overall campaign performance
  • Establish strategic alliances with education-focused networks and platforms
  • Align affiliate activity with internal KPIs and business expectations
  • Monitor partner performance, optimize delivery, and implement retention strategies
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Affiliate marketing or partner management in the education sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing different campaign types
  • Proficient in tracking platforms and affiliate technology
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking, link integration, and attribution models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills for continuous improvement
  • Strategic, self-motivated, and results-driven professional
