Job descriptionPosition Affiliate ManagerLocation Noida IndiaRole OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished and strategic Affiliate Manager - Digital marketing to lead our affiliate marketing initiatives across GEDUs global brands The successful candidate must have deep experience in the education sector with a strong command of affiliate performance models and partner management Key Responsibilities- Identify onboard and activate new affiliate partners aligned with our performance and branding goals- Manage and grow relationships with existing vendors and publishers to ensure consistent campaign delivery and quality- Plan negotiate and execute campaigns based on CPL CPA CPP and CPE models across multiple geographies- Conduct market research to identify new publisher opportunities and enhance overall campaign performance- Establish long-term strategic alliances with education-focused networks and platforms- Ensure affiliate activity is aligned with internal KPIs and business expectations- Monitor partner performance optimize delivery and implement retention strategiesRequired Qualifications and Skills- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Affiliate marketing or partner management exclusively in the education sector- Demonstrated expertise in managing CPL CPA CPP and CPE campaigns- Proficient in the use of tracking platforms and affiliate technology - Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking link integration and attribution models- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners globally- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on continuous performance improvement- Strategic self-motivated and results-driven professional- Join us on this exciting journey Industry Type Education TrainingDepartment Marketing CommunicationEmployment Type Full Time PermanentRole Category Digital Marketing ref updazz com
