Position: Affiliate Manager

Location: Noida, India

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Affiliate Manager - Digital marketing to lead our affiliate marketing initiatives across GEDUs global brands. The successful candidate must have deep experience in the education sector, with a strong command of affiliate performance models and partner management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners aligned with our performance and branding goals
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing vendors and publishers to ensure consistent campaign delivery and quality
  • Plan, negotiate, and execute campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CPP, and CPE models across multiple geographies
  • Conduct market research to identify new publisher opportunities and enhance overall campaign performance
  • Establish long-term strategic alliances with education-focused networks and platforms
  • Ensure affiliate activity is aligned with internal KPIs and business expectations
  • Monitor partner performance, optimize delivery, and implement retention strategies

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Affiliate marketing or partner management, exclusively in the education sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing CPL, CPA, CPP, and CPE campaigns
  • Proficient in the use of tracking platforms and affiliate technology.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking, link integration, and attribution models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners globally
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on continuous performance improvement
  • Strategic, self-motivated, and results-driven professional
