the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and growth-focused Growth & Influencer Partnerships Manager to lead influencer-driven customer acquisition, build scalable monetization strategies, and drive long-term creator engagement. You will play a pivotal role in scaling user growth through creator partnerships while ensuring influencers derive sustained value from our

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition via Influencers Drive scalable new user growth through influencer-led campaigns.
Build and manage programs focused on influencer-driven app downloads and first transaction conversions.
Optimize influencer performance using data-driven insights, tracking, and A/B testing.
2. Influencer Monetization Strategy Design and implement a referral-based payout structure that ensures sustainable earnings for influencers. Continuously evaluate and improve monetization models to align creator incentives with business goals. Collaborate with product and finance teams to ensure seamless payout operations.
3. Creator Retention & Ecosystem Engagement Develop and execute long-term engagement programs for influencers.
Build a community-first approach to strengthen creator loyalty and advocacy. Curate learning, recognition, and networking opportunities within the creator ecosystem.

What We're Looking For:3-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, growth, partnerships, or creator economy.
Proven track record in customer acquisition via creator/influencer networks.
Strong understanding of referral-based growth models and influencer economics.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
Data-oriented mindset with experience in campaign tracking, ROI measurement, and optimization.

Nice to Have: Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fintech/app-based environment. Existing relationships with influencer agencies or creators across verticals.
