Job Role

As a key player in our maintenance team, you will oversee the smooth operation of our plant. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Maintenance Manager in planning and executing maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Oversee daily maintenance activities, including predictive and preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Lead a team of 100 maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance assessments.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various types of equipment, including milk processing, evaporators, dryers, cheese plant equipment, and utilities equipment. You will also have the chance to develop and implement advanced maintenance practices, such as RCA, CAPA, MTBF, and MTTR.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
  • 10 years of experience in maintenance and utilities management in a large dairy, food, or pharma plant.
  • Professional certifications in Energy Management, Boiler Engineering, TPM Facilitation, and Six Sigma.
