">The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our employees work in a safe, secure, and comfortable environment. This includes managing electricity, DG, UPS, water, AC, ventilation, internet, CCTV, printers, fire safety, and other office utilities.
">The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with facilities management, IT/office infrastructure, vendors, and housekeeping. Strong negotiation, documentation, and Excel/email skills are also essential.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Manage office utilities and ensure preventive maintenance and quick breakdown resolution
