Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to oversee and manage daily office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks, including maintaining facilities, track records, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain organized records, reports, and databases.
- Coordinate correspondence, emails, and internal communications.
- Handle office expenses and financial records.
- Ensure smooth office operations and resolve administrative issues.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
