Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled manufacturing engineer to lead the development and implementation of efficient and scalable manufacturing processes for new products.

This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as expertise in process validation, statistical analysis tools, and CAD software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is translated into robust manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures for new components and assemblies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
  • 5-15 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a strong focus on new product development, part industrialization, and process development.
Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with DFM/DFA, process validation, G D&T, and statistical analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo) and engineering documentation platforms (e.g., PLM systems).
  • Experience with lean manufacturing methods, quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, FAIR, SPC), and ERP/MES systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
  • PMP or experience with structured project management.
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing tools.
