Shop Floor Operations Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement continuous improvement initiatives on the shopfloor and drive alignment with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Conduct training sessions for client staff on improved processes and tools
  • Monitor, Track, and Report Progress

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a global organization specializing in performance improvement. You will also have the chance to travel to client sites as needed.

Requirements:
  • Experience in manufacturing operations with hands-on exposure to production planning and shop floor processes
  • MBA from a reputable institution is preferred
  • Strong Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving impactful outcomes
