Human Resource Administrator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Human Resource department.
You will assist with various tasks such as benefits administration, training, and compliance audits. Your role will also involve developing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including communication with laborers and staff
- Train staff on compliance matters and record maintenance
- Monitor changes to ensure all rules and regulations are followed
Requirements:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
